What makes Indigo H2O different?
Indigo H2O is a great tasting, Super Premium Alkaline Mineral Water that is purified, bottled and sealed at it’s Artesian source with a minimum Alkaline level of pH 8.8. To further ensure freshness and taste, Indigo H2O is rapidly bottled, freshness dated, and shipped in reusable dark Cobalt Blue glass bottles or BPA Free Flasks that preserves freshness by reducing any impact from Ultra Violet Radiation.
Where does Indigo H2O come from?
About 14,000 years ago, the glacier that occupied Lake Michigan (Lake Michigan lobe) began to pull back leaving ice deposits deep within the ground which formed many of the naturally fed lakes, rivers, springs, and aquifers in the Midwestern states. These exist where sand and gravel bodies are present within clay-rich glacial till (sediment deposited by ice) or in alluvial, coastal, and glacial outwash deposits.
Each bottle of IndigoH2O comes from a naturally fed artesian well that draws from a glacial spring in an untouched rural portion of northern Indiana. The mineral rich water is sent through a proprietary process, a UV Light Technology system, and an energy frequency technology phase process. These remove any impurities from the environment and preserve the high pH, naturally occurring minerals, and fresh crisp taste. The end result is Premium Alkaline Mineral water that contains magnesium, manganese, potassium, sodium, and calcium. In addition we pump our bottling room full of ozone to kill any bacteria that may be in the air.
What does IndigoH2O Taste like?
Drinking a cold glass of IndigoH2O is refreshing. The taste experience is similar to drinking ice cold glacier water, but with a substantial difference. IndigoH2O is immediately soothing to the stomach, because IndigoH2O reduces acidity within the stomach and the digestive tract. Some report that drinking an ice cold IndigoH2O also results in substantially increased levels of energy as well.
IndigoH2O has won multiple international award for its taste. Shouldn't water have no taste?
Pure Water in the technical sense would have no taste or smell because it would have equal parts H+ and OH- ions but pure water doesn't exist in nature. Water that meets the 18.1 mega-ohm standard for ultrapure water in the semiconductor manufacturing industry is generally considered the purest we can get water in real life. This water is so pure (but not absolutely pure) that it would be corrosive to most plumbing systems or containers we could put it in, and must be continuously recirculated through point of use treatment immediately prior to its use for rinsing computer chips. This water is so pure that it essentially will not conduct electricity. Physical properties such as colour, taste, feel etc. depend on the pH factor of the water. The water we drink today has been treated in some way so it will have a taste based on the process. Each bottled water brand has a very distinct taste, buy a bunch of bottle water and line them up vs your tap water, trust me each glass will have a very unique taste.
Will I notice improvement from drinking Indigo H2O?
Many feel that Indigo H2O provides an immediate reduction of symptoms of common to gastrointestinal distress (acid reflux, heart burn, nausea, constipation, etc), stemming from reduced acid levels in the digestive systems, increased body hydration levels that help pass toxins from the body, and general improvements energy levels.
How much IndigoH2O Alkaline Mineral Water is safe to drink?

My water is cloudy and/or there is white sediment in it , is that okay?
I can promise you that the cloudy water and white sediment is nothing to be worried about. Our water contains ample amounts of alkaline minerals, especially calcium, which sometimes settles to the bottom when the bottles have been sitting. As the bottles are shook the mineral mix back in with the water causing it to look a bit cloudy. Sometime the coral calcium minerals do not fully dissolve into the water and appear as while sediment. These are completely safe to drink.

What should I use to test the pH of the water?
In the text book Chemistry and Chemical Reactivity, Third Edition by Kotz and Treichel it shows that 22 different common acid-base indicators shown. These are used in many different formulas for all types of specific product testing. The text book states that electronic instrument measurements are more reliable than the paper test strips. From our comparisons with electronic readings it appears that liquid reagent is a reliable test for the water pH, more so than the paper pH strip indicators.
Because of the wide spectrum of chemical indicators available for a variety of test conditions, we recommend if an electronic reader is not available that you use a form of liquid reagent. They are available at pet stores. They are quick, cheap and easy to read. If you don’t have a store that carries them, there are several places online to grab them for $4-8. Just make sure they have a wide enough range…at least 4.0 – 10. The pH strips are only really designed to test the pH of your body. The problem with the test strips is that they have issues reading the Hydroxyl Ions.
When a water molecule is ionized, it is split into hydrogen ions H+ and hydroxyl ions OH-. Neutral water means that the number of hydrogen ions equals the number of hydroxyl ions in a container. Acid water has a larger number of hydrogen ions than that of hydroxyl ions. Since alkaline water has more OH-s than H+s, there are more oxygen atoms in it than in neutral water; that’s why alkaline water is sometimes called oxygen rich water. In the same manner, acid water is oxygen deficient water. It is this abundant amount of hydroxyl ions that neutralizes acid hydrogen ions in our body to reduce the accumulated acid wastes, thus reversing the aging process.
